Pets
A book for your dog, cat or other pet: health, tricks, adventures and, if it comes, a gentle memorial.
Add a pet
Tap the round + at the end of the profile chips, then My pet. Choose the kind of pet, add their name, birthday (or an approximate age), gotcha day, breed and a photo, and start their book. Dogs, cats and horses also show their age in dog, cat or horse years.
What's different for pets
- The tabs are Home, Health, Stories and Book.
- Health: vet visits, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, their weight, and details like the microchip, insurance and vet. Add your own reminders, once or repeating, and add them to your calendar if you like. It isn't veterinary advice.
- Stories: tricks they've learned, firsts to remember, and Adventures, a map of everywhere they've been.
- Up to six owners can share a pet's book.
If your pet has died
We're sorry. Only if and when you'd like to, open their profile and, under In loving memory, turn on the switch that says they're no longer with us. Add the date or leave it out. Their age stops counting and happy reminders stop. Everything you saved stays.
- Add their favourite toy, treat, place or funny habit for the book's Favourite things page.
- Make an In Loving Memory book from the Book tab.
- Videos can end with "In loving memory".
