Report a problem, suggest a feature, or ask a question, and see our answer.

Tell us

Open the menu, then Help & Feedback (on the website, Help). You need to be signed in. Choose:

Report a bug when something isn't working as it should,
Suggest a feature with an idea to make 4D Ages better, or
Help or feedback for a question, or how something felt to use.

What to include

Choose which part of 4D Ages it's about, give it a short title and tell us what happened. Add a screenshot if it helps. In the book editor, Report a problem with this page sends the page's layout and number, never its photos or words.

Our answer

After you send it, you get a code. Under Your reports you'll see whether we've received it, are looking into it or have fixed it, and our answer.

Your privacy

Reports never include your children's photos, posts or books. See exactly what's sent before you send.
